Return, Refund and Replacement

Mojo want you to love your fishing rod. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements:

1. Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return your rod within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Used or damaged rods (e.g., scratched, bent, or broken from use) don’t qualify.
  • Process: Contact Mojo. Ship the rod back - return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds apply to returns meeting the above conditions or if we shipped the wrong item/damaged goods.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2-4 business days), we’ll refund your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t refunded unless it’s our mistake.
  • Timing: Expect your refund within 2-3 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

3. Replacements

  • When Available: If your rod arrives defective (e.g., cracked from shipping) or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it free of charge.
  • Process: Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement once the defective rod is returned (we cover shipping for defects).
  • Out of Stock: If a replacement isn’t available, you’ll get a full refund instead.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong purchase, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping.

4. Fees

  • Return Fee:
    You won’t be charged any additional return handling fee as long as the item is unused and resalable.
  • Return Shipping Fee:
    Return shipping costs are based on the principle of fairness — whoever is responsible for the return will bear the shipping cost.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact Mojo to initiate the return.
  2. Send the item back.
  3. We inspect the condition of the returned item.
  4. Refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
