Mojo want you to love your fishing rod. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements:
1. Returns

Timeframe: You can return your rod within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Used or damaged rods (e.g., scratched, bent, or broken from use) don’t qualify.

Process: Contact Mojo. Ship the rod back - return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective.
2. Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds apply to returns meeting the above conditions or if we shipped the wrong item/damaged goods.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2-4 business days), we’ll refund your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t refunded unless it’s our mistake.

Timing: Expect your refund within 2-3 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
3. Replacements

When Available: If your rod arrives defective (e.g., cracked from shipping) or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Process: Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement once the defective rod is returned (we cover shipping for defects).

Out of Stock: If a replacement isn’t available, you’ll get a full refund instead.

If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong purchase, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping.
4. Fees
- Return Fee:
You won’t be charged any additional return handling fee as long as the item is unused and resalable.
- Return Shipping Fee:
Return shipping costs are based on the principle of fairness — whoever is responsible for the return will bear the shipping cost.
5. Return Process
- Contact Mojo to initiate the return.
- Send the item back.
- We inspect the condition of the returned item.
- Refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
