Warranty Policy

Mojo provides a 12-month warranty on fishing rods against defects and faulty materials. Our warranties are provided in addition to other rights and remedies that may be available to consumers under applicable law.

The warranty is effective from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, for all rods purchased in New Zealand.

Mojo will perform repairs or effect replacement, at its discretion, with no cost to you other than the shipping and handling charges incurred for sending the rod to and from our Service Centre. This warranty does not cover claims arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of proper maintenance. All Mojo rods are handmade, and individual expectations of perfection may vary—therefore, we do not guarantee a flawless appearance. Please inspect your rod upon receipt, as use of the rod constitutes acceptance. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover claims for incidental or consequential damages resulting from or related to the use of the rod.

In line with industry standards, Mojo conducts thorough inspections and assessments of any rod claimed to be non-functional, in order to accurately determine the cause and appropriately assign responsibility.

Warranty claims can only be approved by Mojo. To request a warranty assessment, please supply proof of purchase, a description of the issue you are experiencing, along with your name, address, and contact details to Mojo.
